Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the facilities supervisor

Overseeing the fulfillment of maintenance tasks within the building

  • Acquisition of supplies and associated mailroom services

Collaborating closely with the facilities coordinator

  • Ensuring that maintenance services are executed efficiently and promptly

Daily Duties

Carrying out daily responsibilities as per job specifications

Executing tasks as assigned by the facilities supervisor

  • Conducting routine inspections to maintain high standards of building upkeep

Working in conjunction with the facilities coordinator

  • Addressing maintenance and cleaning concerns
  • Maintaining cleanliness to enhance the experience of employees, vendors, and visitors

Ensuring that UPS maintenance is performed regularly

Validating the completion of work orders on-site and generating new orders as necessary

Responding to requests for building maintenance and general inquiries

Assisting with the management of conference room maintenance, scheduling, and usage

Conducting daily checks of critical infrastructure and recording relevant data

Providing support to the receptionist during breaks or other absences
