Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated professional with a background in supply chain analysis or planning, preferably within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and possesses a strong aptitude for data analysis and project management.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Director of Logistics and Inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting the Logistics team with supervisory duties and oversight of our three third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
  • Managing and addressing non-compliance chargebacks from clients, identifying solutions for recurring issues, and disputing charges when necessary.
  • Overseeing daily communication with our warehouse and external partners regarding non-compliance disputes and evidence submissions through retailer portals and email.
  • Generating monthly reports detailing chargeback trends and financial implications, in comparison to budget forecasts.
  • Administering the newly established Returns/RA process at our warehouses for both B2C and B2B operations.
  • Collaborating with commercial and finance teams to ensure proper handling and documentation of B2B returns.
  • Analyzing stock reintegration rates from returns and proposing innovative solutions for improvement.
  • Maintaining a close partnership with inventory control and customer supply chain teams.
  • Communicating proactively, informatively, and collaboratively.
  • Transforming large data sets into meaningful reports and presenting findings to leadership as required.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A solid educational foundation with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, along with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify anomalies in extensive data sets.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • The capacity to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in retailer-facing roles or commercial environments is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ASN processes, pick-up logistics, palletization requirements, and timing is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Project management expertise.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Our benefits package includes:
