Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and dependable Client Services Coordinator for our Home Office. This role is pivotal in supporting a designated division by executing departmental functions. The Client Services Coordinator focuses on internal customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among stakeholders. This position will collaborate across various teams, including regional and local leaders, as well as home office support teams, coordinating efforts as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address internal customer service inquiries and guarantee effective, long-term solutions.
  • Execute tasks related to departmental projects as directed by leadership.
  • Contribute to division retention strategies by managing tasks and coordinating resolutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for division-related issues, facilitating the involvement of necessary personnel to resolve concerns by assessing customer needs.
  • Leverage knowledge of customer service principles alongside communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency to streamline processes and improve customer experiences.
  • Act as the primary contact for the region, managing all inquiries, confirming receipt, conducting research, and engaging relevant departments as needed while providing updates in line with service level agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an office or administrative capacity.
  • Exhibit professionalism, organization, and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
