Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including creating resident packages, managing tenant data, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with tenant administrative needs, such as creating new resident packages, triaging calls and emails, and adjusting sensitive tenant data.
  • Support the Property Management team with tasks such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and file administration.
  • Use various software packages and visual aids to produce accurate documents, presentation materials, charts, and graphics.
  • Greet visitors, screen incoming calls, schedule appointments, maintain calendar, and play an active role in organizing and prioritizing activities.
Requirements
  • Previous office experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good judgment.
  • Desire to work as part of a team with a strong focus on tenant needs.
