Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including creating resident packages, managing tenant data, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with tenant administrative needs, such as creating new resident packages, triaging calls and emails, and adjusting sensitive tenant data.
- Support the Property Management team with tasks such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and file administration.
- Use various software packages and visual aids to produce accurate documents, presentation materials, charts, and graphics.
- Greet visitors, screen incoming calls, schedule appointments, maintain calendar, and play an active role in organizing and prioritizing activities.
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good judgment.
- Desire to work as part of a team with a strong focus on tenant needs.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
