Job Overview
As an Administrative Support Specialist at Penske Automotive Group, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the office, planning and executing events, and overseeing internal administrative duties such as processing invoices and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the executive team
• Plan and execute events, including food and facility preparation, agenda preparation
• Oversee internal administrative duties such as processing invoices, budgets, and expense reports
• Organize and maintain files and records
• Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
• Manage projects and conduct basic research
• Prepare correspondence and reports

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent and five-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Positive and professional attitude with ability to get along with others
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
• Expert multi-tasker and with the ability to prioritize accordingly

Physical Demands
