As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless integration experience for new employees, contributing to our mission of enhancing healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data accuracy through meticulous data entry and self-auditing within HR information systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations stakeholders to enhance the onboarding process and provide timely updates on candidate progress.
  • Deliver clear and effective communication to new hires throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, including pre-employment medical and background checks.
  • Facilitate the completion and submission of necessary new hire documentation, ensuring clarity on required policies and documents.
  • Manage electronic personnel files, ensuring all records are complete and compliant, including I-9 documentation.
  • Conduct HR activities in alignment with relevant laws and regulations, including EEO, OSHA, and FLSA.
  • Stay informed on employment law changes that may affect onboarding processes and compliance.
  • Work with HR services to resolve any technical issues encountered during onboarding.
  • Engage in meetings and manage assigned projects as needed.

  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work remotely or in an office setting as required by business needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
