About the Role:
Universal Presentation Concepts (UPC) is seeking dedicated full-time Customer Service Representatives to enhance our Customer Service team. This position is crucial as you will serve as the "Director of First Impressions" for our organization, both in person and via phone communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact by welcoming and assisting all visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as necessary.
  • Perform accurate data entry for work orders.
  • Handle daily shipping documentation, track shipments, and complete related tasks.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product issues or assembly and process orders.
  • Coordinate filing for customer service, accounting, and purchasing departments.
  • Monitor and distribute faxes received.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Maintain conference rooms and undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or as a receptionist in an office setting.
  • Clear and pleasant phone communication skills.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with strong retention abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in an open office environment.
Work Schedule:
This position typically follows office hours from Monday to Friday. Flexibility in start and end times is available to meet business needs.
