About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Universal Presentation Concepts. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Director of First Impressions: Greet and assist all visitors, setting the tone for a positive and professional experience.
  • Phone Support: Handle all incoming calls, distributing them to the appropriate staff, taking messages, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring all work orders are processed correctly.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Process daily shipping paperwork, track shipments, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with product issues, assembly, and ordering, providing solutions and resolving concerns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to other departments, maintaining files, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain conference rooms and other areas, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in data entry, reception, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Pleasant and articulate phone voice, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to retain information and maintain accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data entry software.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently in an open office environment, with minimal supervision.
