Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary leader within our Customer Service Management team
  • Address customer inquiries related to recycling and waste management
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints effectively
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our various divisions and their unique service offerings
  • Enhance sales and customer satisfaction while fostering long-term relationships primarily through phone and email communication
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Exhibit reliability, flexibility, and enthusiasm in all tasks
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in various computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Experience in account management is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with the South Central Wisconsin service area is advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
