Description
The Customer Advocate Team plays a crucial role in managing intricate customer inquiries until a satisfactory resolution is reached. This includes collaborating with various departments or field partners to facilitate solutions. Additionally, we offer support to participants in field service trials and conduct orientation calls for customers who have recently adopted new products. Our mission is to uphold our business and brand integrity by negotiating resolutions that benefit both the customer and the company. We foster an environment of continuous learning and development.

A solid understanding of Sub-Zero group products is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a collaborative team setting.
Capability to efficiently access and input data using computer systems.
