Job Title: Account Executive - Specialty Markets

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Industrial Aftermarket Sales Department. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships and growing our business with select strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer-facing relationships with key target accounts, working from guidance and program structures created by an internal team.
  • Leverage product offerings, programs, and established market presence to generate new business at target accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer business reviews (QBRs) to maintain relationships, focus on business development, and follow up on action items.
  • Report QBRs and other significant customer activity to the VP of Industrial Aftermarket Sales and the President of NBCA.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4-year technical undergraduate degree.
  • 7 years of experience in Industrial sales.
  • Competent knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and industries.
  • Ability to travel multiple nights per month and have excellent time management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
