Physician Account Executive Job Description

The Physician Account Executive is a key role within SF Staffing Solutions, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen, communication skills, and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing business and secure new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
  • 5+ years of sales or account ownership experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods, including training and client meetings.
