Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan company strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the board, and all C-suite executives.
  • Orchestrate projects or commitments directly involving the CEO and his direct reports, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Work with executive staff to align actions and communications in support of agreed-upon goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Update the CEO on project status and variations from schedule or scope, providing timely and accurate information to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation for, and facilitation of, the CEO's meetings with executive leadership, current or potential partners, capital providers, industry leaders, and the Board of Directors.
  • Confirm objectives for upcoming meetings and recommend best approaches, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Attend meetings, capture major takeaways, and work with the executive team to ensure follow-through, driving results and accountability.
  • Develop and/or coordinate communications throughout the company, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Requirements

  • A Master's in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience is required.
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, or analytics-driven roles is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, are essential, as well as interpersonal savvy and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A results and action orientation, with excellent project management skills, including a high attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve and work on projects with minimal supervision, is required.
  • Proactive, with the initiative to identify and take on critical projects, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously, is essential.
