Key Responsibilities:CEO Support:
- Embrace and advocate for the CEO's vision and strategic direction.
- Serve as a reliable advisor to the CEO and executive team on pivotal decisions and priorities.
- Implement strategic initiatives across various business sectors as required (e.g., commercial strategy, retail planning, strategic alliances).
- Occasionally represent the CEO in situations of conflicting priorities or scheduling issues.
- Lead the formulation and enhancement of the long-term strategic vision, annual objectives, and quarterly targets in collaboration with the CEO.
- Identify and assess new avenues for brand expansion and commercial achievement, offering strategic insights to leadership.
- Work alongside department heads to convey strategy and supervise the creation of actionable plans.
Goal Management & OKR Execution:
- Establish and oversee the goal-setting framework throughout the organization.
- Ensure alignment of goals with the company's strategic aims and track progress.
- Communicate progress and performance metrics to leadership to ensure effectiveness.
Process Optimization:
- Identify operational gaps within the organization.
- Design and implement new processes, providing training to the team for effective execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collaborate with Finance to oversee strategic budget planning and forecasting, aligning with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain a KPI dashboard and performance metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Develop and manage presentation templates for leadership and planning meetings regularly.
- Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc data analysis to support leadership's strategic decisions.
Investor Relations & Board Engagement:
- Assist the CEO in fostering strong investor relations through consistent communication.
- Prepare quarterly updates for investors, highlighting significant milestones and advancements.
- Support the leadership team in preparing for and executing board meetings.
- Contribute to investor presentations, board meeting materials, fundraising documents, and strategic communications.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles within a consumer-focused organization is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic or operational capacity, ideally in a startup or fast-paced setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- A deep understanding of the Halfdays brand and enthusiasm for its market positioning.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in implementing processes and enhancing organizational efficiency.
- Experience interfacing with and presenting to C-level executives.
- Familiarity with HR practices, goal setting, and personnel management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Compensation: Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000
