Job Description:

A unique opportunity has arisen for a FAST Service Specialist to join our team at Epiq Systems. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will provide a range of services to our clients, including copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist services.

This exciting role will see you supporting multiple Epiq accounts in the local market, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing mail services, including metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages, as well as producing high-quality copy, print, and scan projects.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for providing reception services, including answering incoming telephone calls and routing them to the appropriate person, and greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

As a FAST Service Specialist, you will also be responsible for coordinating and maintaining client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens, ensuring that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for continual use. You will also be responsible for organizing and distributing client kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory control, and ordering supplies as needed.

This role requires a high level of flexibility, with a weekly work schedule that may include working at different locations and covering for absences and vacations. You will be required to lift or move 40 lbs or greater, and to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support services to clients, including copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' work experience in a customer service field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods of time
