Job Description

About the Role:

Lycatel LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Paid Media Marketing Manager to join our team in the Los Angeles, CA area. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid marketing strategies to meet aggressive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand.
  • Conduct A/B (Split) testing to continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a robust marketing stack.
  • Monitor industry best practices and share insights and knowledge with the team to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Paid Marketing Manager with at least 10 years of experience (At least 3+ years in Telecommunications).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
