Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy and Management: Develop and maintain a strong, compelling brand identity that aligns with our mission and values. Collaborate with our leadership team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with our finance team to set and manage earned ticket revenue budgets.
- Institutional Content: Oversee the creation of marketing content that aligns with our brand and promotes our performances and programming. Collaborate with external vendors as needed.
- Communications and Public Relations: Develop and execute communications and public relations strategies to promote our brand and increase visibility. Collaborate with our external affairs team to support partnerships and working relationships with local, national, and international media.
- Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our marketing team. Manage the annual marketing expense and revenue budget in collaboration with our finance team.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Enthusiasm for our mission: A deep appreciation for the importance of marketing and communications in promoting our brand and mission.
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented: A proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Education and experience: A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in the nonprofit sector: A strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and the importance of marketing and communications in promoting our mission.
- Leadership and collaboration: A proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $150,000-175,000. We offer comprehensive benefits, including company-paid health insurance and a 403b retirement plan.
