Syndications Manager, Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Syndications Manager to join our Capital Markets team at City National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for structuring and executing complex financial transactions, working closely with our Relationship Managers and clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Structuring and Execution: Develop and implement effective syndication strategies to achieve optimal capital structure and pricing for our clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Market Analysis and Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and conditions, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deal Team Management: Lead and manage deal teams to ensure successful execution of transactions, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and present compelling marketing materials, including confidential offering memorandums, term sheets, and lender presentations, to secure financing for our clients.
- Administrative Agency Services: Provide ongoing administrative support to our clients, including data site maintenance, financial reporting, and lender communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, with a focus on capital markets and syndications.
- Credentials: Credit training and/or an MBA preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to clients and stakeholders.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
