Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy Development: Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in marketing/product management, including international experience in a global company. Healthcare industry and/or medical device experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills, with ability to mentor and develop direct reports and work effectively through them to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- Travel: Ability to travel approximately 40%, including internationally.
