Global Social Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Social Marketing to drive the social marketing vision, strategy, execution, and resourcing for a new AAA IP at SENIOR SPIRIT OF ROSELLE PARK, a global video game company.
About SENIOR SPIRIT OF ROSELLE PARKSENIOR SPIRIT OF ROSELLE PARK is a global video game company, publishing titles developed by some of the most influential game development studios in the world. Our studios are responsible for developing 2K's portfolio of world-class games across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop our social marketing strategy, campaigns, and team.
- Serve as the social marketing expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and streamline efforts.
- Develop and execute social marketing campaigns from audience insights that align with our identified target audiences.
- Develop social engagement and growth performance metrics, providing regular performance analysis and reporting.
- Steer creative ideation and social content development needed to launch best-in-class campaigns.
- A proven track record (6-8+ years) as a Global Social Marketing leader in live service games.
- An expert in social marketing, skilled at crafting integrated social marketing strategies across channels and touchpoints.
- Deep understanding of community & social media platform nuances globally.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with social marketing and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Powerful presentation skills with the ability to create compelling presentations.
- Strong team management skills and cross-functional leadership competency.
