Job Overview

The Regional Sales Professional position at Norwill Inc. is responsible for selling company products and services to new and existing clients. This role requires a strong ability to prospect and generate new business, as well as run company-provided leads. The target markets for this position include SMB, SME, HOAs, and Multi-Family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business
  • Run company-provided leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue, client visits, and install completion visit quotas

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of technical systems and ability to design/consult
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Assertive, detailed, deadline-oriented, and organized personality
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

Benefits:

Training:

  • On-boarding and training period of approximately 4 weeks
