Regional Sales Professional

The Regional Sales Professional position at Norwill Inc. is responsible for selling company products and services to new and existing clients. This role requires a strong ability to prospect and generate new business, as well as run company-provided leads. The target markets for this position include SMB, SME, HOAs, and Multi-Family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business
- Run company-provided leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue, client visits, and install completion visit quotas
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of technical systems and ability to design/consult
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Assertive, detailed, deadline-oriented, and organized personality
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
Benefits:
- Base salary of $45,000/annually
- Monthly vehicle allowance
- Travel expense account
- Commissions and bonuses based on performance
Training:
- On-boarding and training period of approximately 4 weeks
- Mixed classroom technical training and certifications
