Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Central and Southern Florida Region. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling industrial products, software, and services in the industrial weighing and automation/control markets. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including account management and customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the industrial marketplace, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of PLC/control systems and sales experience with OEMs, System Integrators, Engineering houses, and Contractors
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and solid organizational skills
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems, with a preference for SAP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to senior groups
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with minimum supervision
