Job Description
The Customer Success Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in the marketing technology industry
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or computer science
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for company-wide gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events
Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $145,000-$184,000 per year, plus eligibility for additional commission and bonus ranging $40,000-$49,000; with an overall OTE of $185,000 - $233,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO (starting at 25 days PTO per year) and Parental Leave policy (12 weeks paid), 100% remote work environment with flexible hours, quarterly gatherings, weekly team events, and more.
