Sales Enablement Specialist for Wellness Programs

Position Summary
TVG-Medulla LLC is in search of a dedicated Sales Enablement Specialist focused on Wellness initiatives. This role is essential in supporting our corporate operations and involves collaboration with various teams including Customer Engagement, Sales Enablement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise records of events and activities within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Wellness Sales team to relay updates and modifications regarding events.
- Collaborate with management to ensure a comprehensive event calendar by integrating opportunities from business development teams.
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities by collecting contact information in targeted sectors.
- Manage food orders for events and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Engage with client organizations to verify event specifics.
- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of sales results.
- Oversee the inventory and distribution of sales event materials.
- Arrange travel logistics for team members on the road.
- Contribute to enhancing team performance while meeting personal objectives.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of sales-related expenses, ensuring timely submission of documentation.
- Embody and promote the core values and commitments of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident phone presence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a quick turnaround on tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a positive demeanor.
