Key Responsibilities:

Client Reception and Engagement:

  • Greet and engage clients warmly as they enter the retail space.
  • Assist clients with their inquiries and connect them with the appropriate sales associate for further assistance.
  • Foster an inviting and elegant store environment.

Transaction Management:

  • Handle all transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Process payments using various methods such as cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • Maintain an organized cash register area and adhere to all cash handling protocols.

Gift Presentation:

  • Skillfully wrap luxury items, ensuring each package aligns with the brand's high presentation standards.
  • Create stunning, customized gift packaging that enhances the customer's purchase and overall shopping experience.
  • Oversee wrapping supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.

Sales Assistance:

  • Support sales associates by providing refreshments to clients.
  • Ensure sales areas are well-presented and organized.
  • Assist the sales team in reaching their goals by offering seamless behind-the-scenes support.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs.
  • Capability to stand for 5 to 7 hours.
  • Availability to be on the sales floor 80% - 90% of the time.
  • Willingness to work an average of 35 – 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
