Key Responsibilities:
- Execute wellness screening events and workshops to educate attendees on spinal health and the benefits of chiropractic care.
- Use discovery techniques and rapport-building skills to engage and identify potential clients.
- Create and execute new sales strategies to facilitate new patient acquisition.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience.
- High school degree required; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and external event partners to achieve results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A reliable, personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record.
- Experience working in a health and wellness field is desired but not required.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
