Chiro One Wellness Centers is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist for Wellness to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Customer Engagement, Sales Enablement Manager, business development team members, regional managers, and sales team members to manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks.
  • Work closely with the Wellness Sales team to provide event updates and communicate any changes in event status or setup instructions.
  • Develop sales opportunities by gathering contact information within key verticals.
  • Assist in reconciling sales results at the end of each month.
  • Monitor, stock, and order external sales event paperwork, and distribute to WSRs as requested.
  • Schedule travel accommodations for our traveling WSRs.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of sales credit card, including collecting receipts charged over the month from sales team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate event and activity records in the CRM.
  • Communicate with client organizations to confirm event details.
  • Place and reconcile event food orders.
  • Be a part of enhancing overall team performance while maintaining and exceeding individual expectations.
Requirements:
  • High computer literacy, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and people skills.
  • Highly detailed and quick at completing tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Skillful with multi-tasking, computer navigation, and data entry.
  • Experience with maintaining and organizing detailed information.
  • Driven to succeed and pursue excellence in a team environment.

  • Exceptional verbal communication and organizational skills.
