YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:


A Technical Support Specialist plays a vital role at AHF by addressing user inquiries, evaluating issues related to IT equipment and applications, and assisting in resolving these challenges for end users.

The specialists will collaborate closely with other IT department members to support tasks that extend beyond their individual expertise.


A Technical Support Specialist enhances AHF's reputation by providing primary technical assistance to end users on a variety of technical challenges involving hardware, software, and peripherals.

Additionally, they will be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service requests promptly in accordance with service level agreements.

Strong problem-solving abilities are essential to diagnose, assess, and resolve complex issues, or when necessary, escalate them to the appropriate IT personnel.

You will serve as a passionate advocate for our key initiatives.

The Technical Support Specialist will be part of a cohesive team tasked with conducting root cause analyses, developing checklists for common issues, and recommending procedures and controls to prevent future problems.

This position will support various platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A+ Certification, Network+ Certification (preferred)
