Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our talent and culture process enablement efforts in the tax function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, process improvement, and change management.

The Director, Talent and Culture Process Lead will serve as a key representative for the tax function, working closely with stakeholders to identify process enhancements and improvements. This role will also collaborate with cross-functional peers and internal teams to advise and provide direction on major processes and projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a process lead and key representative for the tax function.
  2. Think innovatively to identify process enhancements and improvements.
  3. Represent the tax function in various forums and meetings.
  4. Lead the design, execution, and refinement of major human resource processes for the tax function.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional peers and internal teams to advise and provide direction on major processes and projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum ten years of recent work experience as a human resource professional (or related).
  2. Preferred specialization in a professional services environment.
  3. Experience as an HR Business Advisor is also preferred.
