Director of Talent Job Description

At Chick-fil-A, we're committed to creating a positive experience for every team member. As the Director of Talent, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and grow our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure team members feel cared for and valued.
  • Own the hiring process and 90-day team member experience to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Identify potential leaders and help them develop and grow both operationally and relationally.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leaders to ensure they feel seen and cared for.
  • Set team engagement goals and rally the team for success.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a culture of delight to retain customers.
  • Assist the Director of Operations to ensure disciplinary action is given fairly and consistently.
Requirements:
  • High school degree
  • Ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
  • Deep understanding of business operations and financial stewardship
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
