About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director to lead our recruiting efforts and develop effective hiring processes. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive growth, innovation, and compliance in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop a hiring program that prioritizes candidate experience, leveraging efficient and repeatable processes to attract top talent in healthcare finance, technology, and professional services sectors.
  • Onboarding: Design a seamless employee experience, utilizing tools and systems to transition candidates to employees.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Create, implement, and oversee hiring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.
  • Leadership: Provide inspirational management and mentorship to the Talent Acquisition team, developing interviewer training and employee development programs.
  • Legal Compliance and Immigration: Maintain a working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring Kodiak's hiring practices are compliant.
  • Culture and Ethics: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting company culture and ethics in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition operations or a similar role, with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience working in fast-growth Saas/Technical Start-ups as both an IC and a Leader.
  • Experience leading or facilitating employment branding initiatives showcasing a high-performance culture.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems such as Dayforce/Ceridian, Workday, and Applicant tracking recruiting systems.
  • Self-starter with a natural tendency to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

The wage range for this role takes into account various factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $98,491.00 to $209,028.00 per year.
