As the #1 Team in Colorado, we're seeking a top-notch recruiter to drive our team to #1 in the Nation. As the Director of Talent, you'll be responsible for driving our Growth team, which is the face of the company and the engine of our market expansion.
Your mission is to bring top-producing agents to Elite Home Partners by effectively selling our value proposition, including our SOLDin65 Listing Program, GCI Revenue Share Program, Company Ownership, and Coaching and Training Opportunities.
As a successful Director of Talent, you'll influence top agents to leave their current brokerage and join our team. Since every agent is an independent contractor, they can take their business wherever they receive the best value and support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Architect of Expansion: Strategically identify and recruit top-producing agents and teams who align with our vision of excellence and growth.
- Engage, Persuade, and Lead: Build deep, authentic connections and inspire agents to join our journey to become the most dominant real estate company in the market.
- Drive Impact Through Innovation: Continuously refine and elevate our agent recruitment systems, leveraging data, technology, and creativity to stay ahead.
- Deliver Results: Set ambitious goals for growth and exceed them. You'll be evaluated not just on effort but on results—measured by top-producing agents you attract and retain.
