Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations to join our team at InnovAge. This is a critical role that will lead the development and implementation of our recruitment and talent management strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment and talent management strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals to source, evaluate, and hire top-tier talent
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes and tools to streamline talent acquisition and improve candidate experience
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management, with a proven track record of success
  • 7+ years of experience in full life cycle corporate recruiting or workforce planning, including networking, sourcing, recruiting, negotiating offers, and hiring
  • 3-5+ years of experience leading and managing recruiters or human resources professionals
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including strong understanding of healthcare industry and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills
  • Experience tracking, reporting, and managing recruiting compliance requirements
  • Experience leveraging creative sourcing strategies and demonstrated return on investment
  • Knowledge of talent/recruitment trends
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as iCIMS, social media, and other recruitment technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR within the healthcare sector with 2000+ employee companies
