Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of recruiters to ensure operational excellence and efficient hiring of VF associates across the Americas Region.

Consult with business leaders and our People & Culture Team to identify talent needs and organize and allocate Talent Acquisition resources accordingly.

Partner with leaders in HR and across the business/organization and key external stakeholders to ensure that all Talent Acquisition programs are aligned to regional business needs, coordinated in their implementation and consistently exceed expectations.

Drive talent branding messages and campaigns across different candidate touch points.

Optimize recruiting processes that ensure exceptional candidate experiences at all touch points in the recruiting lifecycle.

Requirements:

12+ years of similar talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment.

Minimum 10 years leading a team of recruiters and recruiting leaders.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with, partner with and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels throughout the end-to-end talent acquisition process.

Flexible and adaptable leader and team player who thrives in a collaborative, globally matrixed and often-changing environment.

Outstanding people management skills, and proven ability to effectively coach and develop recruiters and recruiting leaders at all levels of their careers.

A "doer" mentality with the ability to translate vision into action, and a strong growth mindset.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and recruitment analytics and storytelling with data.
