Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the administration of HR and external training processes
- Disseminate and monitor necessary communications and documentation for staff
- Administer the recognition awards program
- Input data and produce reports utilizing Training Software
- Coordinate arrangements for new employee onboarding and HR training sessions
- Prepare documentation for new hires and maintain personnel and training records
- Provide front desk support and administrative assistance to the recruitment team
- Update databases and assist with invoice processing
- Conduct monthly reporting on key performance indicators
- Engage in special projects and support various HR functions
- High School diploma or equivalent is required, ideally with experience in an office setting within Human Resources
- Previous experience with HR information systems and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment with strong organizational capabilities
- Collaborative team player with a solid work ethic
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
