The Human Resources Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's recognition programs, facilitating the hiring process, and managing various administrative functions associated with employee training initiatives. This position entails organizing both internal and external training opportunities. Key responsibilities also include maintaining employee records, providing front desk support, managing HR information systems, generating analytical reports, and organizing essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of HR and external training processes
  • Disseminate and monitor necessary communications and documentation for staff
  • Administer the recognition awards program
  • Input data and produce reports utilizing Training Software
  • Coordinate arrangements for new employee onboarding and HR training sessions
  • Prepare documentation for new hires and maintain personnel and training records
  • Provide front desk support and administrative assistance to the recruitment team
  • Update databases and assist with invoice processing
  • Conduct monthly reporting on key performance indicators
  • Engage in special projects and support various HR functions
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required, ideally with experience in an office setting within Human Resources
  • Previous experience with HR information systems and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment with strong organizational capabilities
  • Collaborative team player with a solid work ethic
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
