Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Strategic Partner, you will play a vital role in aligning our business objectives with employee engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with operational teams to provide HR expertise and support, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and trends to develop innovative solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Addressing complex employee relations matters through thorough investigations and effective resolutions.
  • Staying informed on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Offering guidance on performance management, including coaching and career development.
  • Enhancing workplace relationships to improve morale, productivity, and employee retention.
  • Interpreting HR policies and procedures clearly and consistently.
  • Implementing safety initiatives to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Identifying training needs and supporting ongoing development initiatives.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as needed to support HR functions and business goals.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in employee relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledgeable in various HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
