As the CHRO, this individual serves as a trusted consultant, excelling in human resources management, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee retention. They spearhead efforts to cultivate a positive organizational culture, support the workforce, and drive overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior leader at the Columbus Hospitality Support Office, providing strategic guidance by aligning and implementing essential business and workforce strategies.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance succession planning and career advancement opportunities.
- Lead initiatives focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talent in line with the company's growth objectives.
- Manage the relationship with external HR partners and deliver collaborative solutions.
- Oversee recruitment, employee retention strategies, HR compliance audits, and reporting processes.
- Supervise HR teams, facilitate training programs, promote networking opportunities, and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Stay informed on HR trends, labor laws, and maintain effective communication with the HR team.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management within the hospitality industry.
- Possession of SHRM Certification and/or other relevant HR certifications.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated HR generalist skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibit leadership, creativity, and the capacity to work independently.
*This position requires onsite presence at the Columbus Support Office.
Travel Requirements:
Travel is necessary, including overnight stays. A valid driver's license is required for this role.
