Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior leader at the Columbus Hospitality Support Office, providing strategic guidance by aligning and implementing essential business and workforce strategies.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance succession planning and career advancement opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talent in line with the company's growth objectives.
  • Manage the relationship with external HR partners and deliver collaborative solutions.
  • Oversee recruitment, employee retention strategies, HR compliance audits, and reporting processes.
  • Supervise HR teams, facilitate training programs, promote networking opportunities, and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, labor laws, and maintain effective communication with the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management within the hospitality industry.
  • Possession of SHRM Certification and/or other relevant HR certifications.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated HR generalist skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit leadership, creativity, and the capacity to work independently.

*This position requires onsite presence at the Columbus Support Office.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is necessary, including overnight stays. A valid driver's license is required for this role.
