About the Role

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our OEM Dealership clients and their fleet customers in the Pacific Northwest region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver Customized Solutions: Become a trusted advisor to OEM Dealerships and their fleet customers, delivering tailored solutions in public and private sectors.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Negotiate and finalize contracts, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Utilize Salesforce to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of sales or project management experience in a relevant field.
  • Industry Experience: Relevant industry experience in fleets, electric vehicles, solar, OEM sales and service, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management and maintaining thorough client and internal documentation.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various departments including sales, marketing, engineering, product, and operations to develop superior customer solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and excel under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
