About the Role

Saint Mary's College is seeking a highly skilled Content and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in amplifying the College's mission, vision, and values through compelling content and innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to overall Marketing Department strategies through project planning and content creation across both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote summer academic programs and camps, and collaborate with Marketing and campus partners to achieve strategic goals.
  • Manage the Event Pages and Camps section of the College website, research and innovate new and effective strategies to reach audiences, and create content for social media and write stories and other content for the main College website.
  • Conduct and track email and paid advertising campaigns, both digital and print, and create content for social media and write stories and other content for the main College website.
  • Develop effective and collaborative working relationships with faculty, staff, media, students, alumnae, and other key constituents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to develop concepts and write copy for a variety of tactical channels in both persuasive and informative voices.
  • Minimum of two years of social media, marketing, communications, and/or sales experience, or related education.
  • Experience with web editing tools, design, photo editing, and video editing tools, and familiarity with social media reporting and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to think and plan strategically as part of a team, and to work with little supervision.
Work Environment

40 Hours/ 12 Months/ Monday - Friday/ Some nights and weekends.
