Descripción del Trabajo:

Buscamos profesionales preferiblemente con experiencia en construcción de espacios exteriores y parques. Es un plus contar con certificación OSHA y QCM. Las responsabilidades abarcarán desde la cimentación, estructura y fachada hasta mecánica, eléctrica y plomería, así como acabados interiores. El Superintendente será responsable de supervisar, gestionar y documentar todas las actividades diarias en los sitios de trabajo. Esto incluye comunicar problemas, eventos, rendimiento, problemas y progreso diariamente al Gerente de Proyecto, facilitando las soluciones más rentables a las situaciones que puedan surgir.

Calificaciones y Responsabilidades:
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en construcción. Al menos tres años como superintendente en proyectos similares en tamaño y complejidad en todas las fases de construcción comercial pesada y contratación de construcción gubernamental.
  • Principalmente responsable de gestionar subcontratistas y coordinar la producción diaria y la adherencia al cronograma del proyecto.
  • Debe estar presente en el sitio en todo momento durante la ejecución del proyecto asignado hasta que el trabajo esté completado y aceptado.
  • Debe estar familiarizado con los requisitos de EM y tener experiencia en identificación de riesgos y cumplimiento de seguridad.
  • Capacidad para interpretar un cronograma crítico y planos de construcción.
  • Habilidades: Conocimientos informáticos con Microsoft Office Suite, capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente de forma verbal y escrita, resolver problemas, supervisar, organizar, leer planos y conocimiento de programación.
  • Los solicitantes seleccionados estarán sujetos a una investigación de seguridad gubernamental y deberán cumplir con los requisitos de elegibilidad para acceder a instalaciones militares.
  • Capacidad para viajar con posible reubicación a corto plazo, según sea necesario.
