Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate construction projects, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
- Supervise and direct construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and QCM certification.
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Develop and implement project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
