Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Develop and implement project-specific logistics plans, ensuring efficient site staging, access, and safety protocols.
    • Establish and maintain protocols for visitors and subcontractor mobilizations.
    • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Subcontractor Management
    • Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Develop and maintain project-specific safety manuals in collaboration with the Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Project Manager.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure installed work meets contractual quality requirements.
    • Document inspections and maintain records.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Must have a strong working knowledge of all construction disciplines, particularly CSA trades, to resolve challenges and conflicts.
    • Appropriate knowledge of MEP disciplines is required for coordination and verification of MEP installation progress.
    • Ability to read and understand all plans and specifications for each trade and enforce subcontractor compliance.

    Requirements
    • 5-10+ years of field construction experience in commercial and industrial construction projects.
    • A degree in Construction Management or a related field, with 5+ years of field construction experience.
    • Strong working knowledge of construction software, including Microsoft Outlook and Office.
    Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000-$153,000, depending on experience, skill set, and qualifications.
