Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting estimating, project control, scheduling, and quantity tracking.
- Supporting a collaborative team that includes Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and additional staff.
- Building and maintaining relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and the workforce.
- Reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and schedules, as well as processing RFIs.
- Monitoring quality control, safety, and environmental initiatives.
- Assisting with project layout and identifying critical work items.
- Procuring long-lead items and assisting with monthly billings and cash flow projections.
- Managing document control, including submittals, schedules, contract documents, and shop drawings.
- Assisting with the delivery, inventory, and warehousing of materials and equipment.
- Resolving field issues and conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and the workforce.
- Maintaining as-built drawings and manuals.
- Leading and participating in meetings.
- Performing other assigned duties as necessary.
