The Construction Project Leader will be responsible for overseeing client interactions, managing budgets, assessing risks, fostering team development, and ensuring successful project delivery as a vital member of the Project Leadership team.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or luxury residential construction with a consistent employment record
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Experience in preconstruction, estimating, and negotiation is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to lead project teams with a strong grasp of sequencing, scheduling, and planning within the construction sector
  • Experience with both new construction and tenant improvements
