Position Overview

  • Establish performance goals and timelines
  • Create detailed construction strategies
  • Calculate project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Oversee team members, offering guidance and tracking progress
  • Prepare for inspections and secure necessary approvals
  • Enforce safety protocols and quality assurance measures
  • Procure equipment and manage maintenance schedules
  • Oversee material inventory and procurement processes

Qualifications and Skills
