About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bilbro Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and lead a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
  • Ensure all project documentation, including reports, records, and drawings, are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Autodesk.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
