Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Armed Security Officer to enhance our security operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Monitor access to the facility through surveillance systems, vehicle inspections, and verification of personnel identification.
  • Respond effectively to various situations on-site, employing the appropriate level of force as per established protocols.
  • Manage incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats, and other critical situations that may arise.
  • Observe and document any suspicious activities or incidents.
  • Maintain proficiency in the use of assigned security equipment and weaponry.
  • Participate in 40 hours of annual in-service training to ensure readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in Law Enforcement, Security, or Military service is required.
  • Ability to pass an annual physical fitness evaluation, including a mile and a half run, push-ups, and sit-ups.
  • Meet qualification standards with Glock 17, Shotgun, and Rifle.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is essential.
  • Completion of FEMA Courses 100, 200, 700, and 800 is preferred.
