Amentum is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Security Access Specialist to join our team. This role requires an active Top Secret clearance and is integral to maintaining security protocols.
Shift Hours: Second Shift 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM and/or Third Shift 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor visitor identification processes, ensuring proper issuance and tracking of visitor badges through various systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism while greeting visitors.
- Effectively communicate with management, colleagues, clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Assist visitors with access control systems and guide them to their designated areas.
- Direct visitors, including foreign nationals and officials, to their appropriate destinations.
- Offer escort services as necessary to meet immediate client needs.
- Uphold access control measures for restricted areas by verifying personnel identification.
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of required reports and deliverables as per client specifications.
- Support after-hours operations as directed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to all inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills to address and prevent issues.
- Adhere to the dress code, which may include a company-issued uniform.
- Perform additional security-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen with a fully adjudicated Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Customer service-oriented, self-motivated, detail-focused, and organized.
- Familiarity with SCI and security protocols is essential.
- Knowledge of DISS (formerly JPAS) and Scattered Castles is advantageous.
