Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate or Manager to serve as the liaison between our clients and Financial Advisors. This role will involve working with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and account review preparation.

This is a hybrid and remote work opportunity, with a training period for Denver, CO local candidates. The salary target range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Vice Presidents and clients by leading and implementing the client service model.
  • Facilitate new account setup at the custodial and broker-dealer level, and follow up on fund transfers.
  • Respond to and resolve client requests, complete necessary financial paperwork, and establish trusts.
  • Maintain accurate client files and databases, and research and follow up on any issues with vendors.
  • Record incoming assets and learn company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and financial sales processes.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of customer service/administrative experience in the wealth management/investments industry.
  • Financial administration experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional presence, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and process, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and Salesforce experience a plus.
