Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Addison Group. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, and providing ongoing support to enhance the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be driven, analytical, and proficient in using software to address client needs. Key responsibilities include customer onboarding, training and support, team collaboration, client engagement, and growth strategy.
Qualifications include technical experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a background in software as a service. Additional details include a fully in-office work schedule, occasional travel for conferences or sales meetings, and a commitment to equal employment opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Act as the main point of contact for new clients, facilitating their onboarding and ensuring a seamless integration.
- Training & Support: Provide training to clients on the platform and offer ongoing support post-implementation.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Project Management, Technical, and Operations teams to tailor the software platform to client specifications and resolve technical issues.
- Client Engagement: Monitor and assess client engagement, offering feedback to improve products and services.
- Growth Strategy: Develop strategies to maximize client value and drive customer base expansion.
